By accessing this website, booking a consultation, or participating in any coaching service, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or services.
We provide coaching and consultation services, not licensed counseling, therapy, or mental health treatment. Coaching is not a substitute for therapy, medical care, or crisis intervention. If you are experiencing a mental health emergency, please call 911 or contact a qualified mental health professional.
To use our services, you must be at least 18 years old. Our coaching is not appropriate for individuals in acute psychological crisis. If you're in danger or in a life-threatening situation, call 911 immediately.
Our coaching and consultations are designed to help you:Identify and compare relationship opportunities, Clarify goals and values, Build relational and communication skills, and Reflect on patterns that may affect intimacy and connection
Important limitations: Results vary. Coaching does not guarantee relationship success. We do not make decisions for clients but will help you explore and clarify important questions. We do not provide coaching in the context of ongoing domestic violence. Coaching is not intended for use in custody, divorce, or other legal proceedings.
Clients are responsible for their own decisions, actions, and outcomes. Coaching is a collaborative process that requires honest participation, reflection, and accountability.
We accept payments through Stripe, Acuity Scheduling and Relate.online.
Refunds and reschedules: No refunds within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment. No reschedules within 36 hours of your appointment. Missed appointments will be charged at the full rate. Appointments can be rescheduled online up to 48 hours in advance via Acuity. Your coach may receive compensation from referrals or recommended resources. This will always be disclosed when requested.
Clients may cancel appointments 48 hours or more before the scheduled session. Rescheduling is available up to 48 hours in advance via the online booking system.
Missed or late sessions (within 36 hours) will be billed at the full session rate.

While your privacy is respected, please note that coaching is not a legally protected relationship like counseling. Information shared in coaching is not covered by therapist-client privilege. Information shared between two partners in joint coaching will be made available to both parties unless agreed otherwise.I receive professional supervision to ensure quality care. Coaching is a supportive process, but it is not a cure or guaranteed solution. You are solely responsible for your decisions, outcomes, and actions. We are not liable for any relationship outcomes, losses, or emotional consequences.
By participating in coaching, you understand and accept the emotional and relational risks involved. Growth can be challenging. You assume responsibility for any emotional responses or decisions made during or after coaching sessions.
Coaching is not appropriate for crisis situations. If you are experiencing an emergency, call 911 or seek professional help immediately.
You agree not to engage in: Harassment, abusive language, or harmful behavior. Illegal or unauthorized use of the website or coaching services.
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services at our discretion for any reason, especially if these guidelines are violated.
We collect only the information necessary to provide coaching services, including contact info, intake responses, and session notes. We never sell your information. For full details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of this website shall be resolved under Mississippi jurisdiction.
